There are many forms of thirst. |
Well, one thing I wasn't today was thirsty. I left late to move my stuff out of my dorm and the housing office closed, but more infuriating than that was the sudden downpour that prevented me from moving my precious boxes out to the car. I got drenched, and I still am, actually- too lazy to change out of my damp clothes. I'm sure I'll regret it later. And, naturally, I will have to make the drive out to Mobile again later this week to finish checking out so I can finally put this stuff behind me so I can settle into my new school. Its kinda weird how I've gone about things. . . I went from a four year university to a junior college, back to university, and here I am going to junior college again. Doesn't it seem like there's something wrong with that? Yeah, I'm definitely doing this all the wrong way. But you can't learn without making a few (many) mistakes along the way!
I also really, really need a new camera and a new MP3 player. RIP my dearest ipod nano. She has lasted two and a half years- and now she's gone missing, probably crawled off somewhere to die peacefully. Off to electronic heaven, where I'm sure all my old Wacom tables, various digital cameras, and my old laptop have all gone. You will be missed!
